Below, we are sharing our FALL & WINTER 2019 menu outline.
What is not specifically defined will change.
If you are in the beginning stages of planning events past this point,
pricing and format will be the same, however there may be some larger ingredient changes. This will help with budgeting & event layout.
We always create your menu to accommodate allergies.

RECEPTION PLATTERS

VEGAN PLATTERS | $25 per guest
bountiful platters for reception gathering includes 3 house made dips & spreads, 2 gluten free crackers, seasonal crudite, house preserves

CHEESE & CHARCUTERIE PLATTERS | $30 per guest
familiar platters for reception gathering include your choice of 3 items from our meat & cheese menu, 2 gluten free crackers, seasonal chutney & preserves, seasonal crudite 

ENHANCE
add even more variety to either of the above offerings with your choice from our current menu of local cheeses, house made nut cheeses, Haus cured meats or sustainably caught smoked seafood added to above layout

OPTION A}
APPETIZER | minimum selection of 4 canapés per person
offered in addition to gatherings where a seated dinner is planned or in addition to reception platters 

OPTION B}
LIGHT MEAL | minimum selection of 10 canapés per person
offered exclusively for reception events with 25 guests or more and can be enhanced with reception platters

market priced & selected a la carte from our current canapé menu with prices starting at $3.25 per piece. minimum of 12 pieces per menu selection is required

1st | Soup or Salad made with farm produce
2nd | Organic Brown Rice Risotto with accompanying Vegetable Bounty
3rd | Cashew Cheesecake, Vegan Tiramisu or Chocolate Ganache Cake

3 COURSE CARNIVORE MEAL | $60 per guest
same as the above with the additional of pre selected meat protein main {salmon, chicken, seasonal red meat}

4 COURSE VEGAN MEAL | $60 per guest
1st | Soup, Salad, or Family Style Bounty Boards
2nd | Soup, Salad, or Family Style Bounty Boards

FAMILY STYLE SIDE DISHES

ADDITIONAL SIDE DISHES FOR SEATED DINNER MENUS
served with the main course, on family style platters, to give a vibrant feast experience.  Side dishes are prepared for the quantity of guests at the dinner table. Select a la carte from the menu shown with market prices per person starting at $4.
