EVENING PRIVATE BOOKING
SEATED DINNERS & RECEPTION AFFAIRS

Nourish is not open for regular service in the evenings,
therefore we are able to offer exclusive use of our space any night of the week.
This style of booking can be anything from a private dinner, to a cocktail party, to an over-the-top themed gathering where
nourishing food is an important part of the vision.

The following options outline the different spaces & timeframes offered to select from for bringing your vision to life. 
Please read through the details below to see if Nourish is perfect for your gathering.


OPTION A
THE FIRST FLOOR BUYOUT

VENUE RENTAL | $175/hr | minimum 3 hours
starting a 5:30pm & ending no later than 11:30pm

MENU COST
3 hour event  | minimum food spend $1800
4 hour event | minimum food spend $2250
5 hour event | minimum food spend $2700
*beverage costs are additional

SUITABLE FOR:
groups from 12 - 45 people seated dinner
OR
groups from 30 - 50 people cocktail party style

INCLUDES:
-host bar with fully equipped beverage bar
-furnishings for seated dining or mingle layout,
-end of night house cleaning

ADDITIONAL:
-cash bar option is additional $40/hour per every 25 guests

OPTION B
THE WHOLE HOUSE BUYOUT

VENUE RENTAL | $275/hr | minimum 3 hours
starting a 5:30pm & ending no later than 11:30pm

MENU COST
3 hour event  |  minimum food spend $2200
4 hour event | minimum food spend $2600
5 hour event | minimum food spend $3000
*beverage costs are additional

SUITABLE FOR:
groups from 12 - 45 people for seated dinner service, as well as, ample room for mingling reception
OR
groups from 45 - 65 people for cocktail & canape style event.  

INCLUDES:
-staffing for fully equipped beverage bar on the first floor
& wine bar on second floor
-furnishings, & set up, for seated dining on first floor, 
-a mix of cozy furniture for a mingle layout on the second floor,
-end of night house cleaning {does not include tear down of decor}

ADDITIONAL:
-cash bar option is additional $65/hour per every 25 guests
-the above fee layout is for gatherings that only require menu planning in order to be executed and where the host is taking responsibility for completing the menu planning details along with us. For weddings, a professional event coordinator must be involved in the planning process or additional fees will apply
