Private Event Policies
- For groups over 12 guests, we require the final cost of food for the event to be on one payment (drink tabs may be separated).
- All food and beverages are subject to applicable taxes and 18% gratuity.
- Due to our passion for excellence and pride in our staff, suppliers and sourcing, we do not permit outside food at Nourish.
- Our commitment to local, organic and ethically raised ingredients means some menu components may vary with seasonal produce.
- For pre-orders from our group menus, we request a confirmed menu at least 5 days prior to your event, and no changes to the guest count less than 48 hours in advance. Upon receiving this information and a credit card on file, we will provide you an event contract based on your requests.
- Cancellation fees: Within 10 days 100% of room rental fee deposit is refunded, within 7 days 50% of room rental fee deposit is refunded, within 5 days no room rental fee is refunded, within 2 days no room rental fee is refunded and 30% Food and Beverage minimum spend is charged to credit card on file.
