Dehydrating Yellowfoot Mushrooms (aka Winter Chanterelles)

Lay mushrooms SPARSELY on dehydrator trays, making sure they do not touch each other. Turn dehydrator on at the lowest setting possible, 85-95 F. Higher temperatures will work but the flavour won't be preserved as well. Dehydrate until mushrooms are cracker dry, between 6-12 hrs depending on their size.
